Abdiana Properties, Inc. (Abdiana) was formed as a Missouri corporation in 2000.

Since that time, Abdiana has been a full service real estate development, management and leasing company which has devoted its efforts primarily to development and leasing in Kansas City. Abdiana has specialized in converting older, distressed buildings into mixed-use, office and retail centers. We have acquired, renovated, leased and managed shopping centers, office buildings and apartment complexes in the Kansas City Metro Area: including the Plaza, Waldo, Downtown, the Crossroad District and also in Shawnee KS

In the last ten years, Abdiana has been involved in the development, management and leasing of over 235,000 sq ft of office space, 105,000 sq ft of retail space and 53 apartments. Abdiana currently owns and manages space in 28 properties.
